Preparation of polymerizable derivatives of N-(4-aminobenzenesulfonyl)-n′-butylurea

Polymerizable derivatives of an antidiabetic N‐(4‐aminobenzenesulfonyl)‐N′‐butylurea were prepared. Hypoglycemic effects of sodium salts of the starting drug, the monomers, and their copolymers with N‐(2‐hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide were investigated.
