Zusammenfassung: | High performance linear AA–BB and A–B polyamides were generated using polymerization schemes that gave polymers in higher yields and having better performance than previous methods. Polymers were characterized with FTIR, solution and solid‐state 13C‐NMR and showed the incorporation of aryl, alkyl, and alkenyl linkages in the polymer backbone. Thermal analysis showed that a significant weight percent of the polymers remained at 1000°C. |
