Zusammenfassung: | Poly[2,2‐bis(4‐oxycyclohexyl)propane adipate] was formed by melt polymerizing adipic acid and 2,2‐bis(4‐hydroxycyclohexyl)propane in the presence of n‐butylhydroxyoxostannane. This polyester possessed a melting temperature (Tm) of 200°C and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 75°C. An excellent notched impact strength of 22 ft. lbs./in. was its best physical property. |
