The activation energy of the first step in thermal decomposition has been determined (Ed = 74.5 kJ/mol) using the gas chromatographic method. A dilatometric study led to the reaction order with respect to the initiator, as well as the overall activation energy of polymerization (E = 78.5 kJ/mol). |
