They have no feelings of guilt or remorse. When the opportunity exists, a workplace sociopath will manipulate reality; hide evidence; stab others in the back; fabricate compelling lies; attempt to ruin the reputations of others; steamroll the weak; and bring down people who are smarter, more accomplished, classier or more admirable, all in the name of fun, adrenaline rush and vengeance.
