Estimating predation rates of stocked juvenile Chinook Salmon using novel acoustic predation transmitters

Impact statement Stocking fish is an important management tool but is often expensive, so ensuring survival can be crucial. This study provided insight into the survival of stocked Chinook Salmon in a recreationally important fishery. This study also provided evaluation of a new technology that will impact fish management in the future.
