Pubertal growth in response to testosterone replacement therapy for radiation-induced leydig cell failure

The adolescent growth pattern of eight boys, who had puberty induced with androgen replacement therapy following radiation‐induced Leydig cell failure, was studied from induction of puberty at a mean age of 13.1 years (range 11.6‐14.5) to final height at mean age of 18.8 years (range 17.7‐20.3).
