Letter to the editor. Acute leukemia following retinoblastoma

Improved prognosis for children with retinoblastoma is sometimes complicated years later by the appearance of second malignancies [1‐5]. Although acute leukemia is included among these, only two cases have so far been reported and both succumbed to their second cancer [6,7].
