The Bornologically Surjective Hull of an Operator Ideal on Locally Convex Spaces

We provided an answer to an open problem of A. Pietsch by giving a direct construction of the bornologically surjective hull ubsur of an operator ideal u on LCS's. Discussion of some extension problems of operator ideals were given.
