Zusammenfassung:Front Cover: Polypiperazines are hydrophilic pH‐sensitive polymers reaching high transfection efficiency and guaranteeing good biocompatibility. They are almost charge‐neutral under physiological conditions avoiding unintended side effects, while the isopropyl‐modified polypiperazine outperforms the commercial linear PEI at low N/P ratios. qPCR revealed that pDNA can still be amplified while complexed with piperazine‐based polymers, providing a promising platform for effective polymeric gene delivery systems. This is reported by Anja Traeger, Johannes C. Brendel, and co‐workers in article number 2200517.
