Zusammenfassung:The laser spectroscopy methods (dynamic and static light scattering) of light scattering register differences in animal blood serum after a brain ischemia compared to healthy control animal serum: firstly, size of low density lipoprotein (LDL) of blood serum of animal after ischemia is greater than size of serum LDL of healthy animal, secondly, density of ischemic LDL is substantially smaller than density of healthy LDL. The obtained results testify to possibility of use of laser spectroscopy in diagnostic of atherosclerotic vascular diseases and for estimation of ischemic damages. (© 2004 by ASTRO, Ltd.
