Zusammenfassung:The totally implantable infusion pump (Infusaid pump) for treating metastatic disease to the liver is a new treatment that is gaining widespread acceptance. However, as might be expected for any new major surgical procedure, there are increasing reports of complications. The atony was totally reversed by the subcutaneous administration of Urecholine.
