Microwave assisted synthesis of 2,6-substituted aromatic-aminopurine derivatives

A series of novel 2, 6‐diaromatic‐aminopurines (6a–6t) have been synthesized from guanine and characterized fully. The effects of different catalysts on the N‐alkylation of 2‐position of purine ring were discussed. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2011).
