Zusammenfassung: | The automotive industry is currently experiencing a major transition towards a revolutionary vehicle architecture concept known as Server‐Zone architecture. As a result, complexity increases exponentially and, in order to better deal with it, new development approaches like Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) are required. This paper focuses on how MBSE can support the migration towards a server‐zone vehicle architecture, using a real‐life example from Continental. Along with this example, the authors provide modeling insights into the application of Continental's MBSE framework. |
