Synthese bicyclischer Retinoide aus Retinsäure
Synthesis of Bicyclic Retinoids Thermally induced ring formation of 2 and of its 1‐alkenyl silyl ether derivative leads selectively to new bicyclic derivatives. The new retinoid 8 was synthesized and found to have potent biological activity.
