Zusammenfassung:	A new contact between the Ludlow and Přídoli Series is described in Linley Brook (Shropshire) previously noted only for its exposure of the Downton Castle Sandstone Formation and the Temeside Shales Formation. The Ludlow Bone Bed and the Downton Bone Bed are recorded and the Upper Whitcliffe and the Downton beds are correlated with a section at Willey.
