Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:DOI: 10.1002/elps.202200165 The cover picture shows the gas‐assisted electrospray ionization of, and data from, a microfluidic chip‐based integrated icIEF‐MS technology for charge variant analysis and peak identification of a bispecific monoclonal antibody, measuring both isoelectric point (pI) and neutral mass (Da). The top‐down and oblique 3‐D views of separated charge variants are color‐coded based on the UV data, corresponding to acidic and basic post‐translational modifications. Apex masses are highlighted for the main and acidic charge variant peaks, showing the clear separation of single Dalton differences from deamidations in the pI dimension.
