Zusammenfassung:The electrochemical detection of ciprofloxacin (CIP) using copper metal organic framework (Cu BTC) is reported. The glassy carbon electrode was used as a base electrode which was further modified with Cu BTC and differential pulse voltammetry technique was adopted for electrosensing. Under optimized conditions, a linear response for CIP was obtained in concentration range from 1×10−8 to 20×10−6 mol L−1 with a limit of detection of 0.47×10−9 mol L−1. Moreover, the proposed electrosensor showed acceptable reproducibility with 2.39 % relative standard deviation. Determination of CIP in tap water samples showed good recovery in range of 94.6–108 %.
