Zusammenfassung:The authors designed an amperometric gas sensor employing a three‐electrode system, with gold working electrode vacuum sublimation deposited directly on Nafion membrane. The paper presents the results of investigations on static characteristics of a sulfur dioxide sensor with the internal electrolytes containing various dimethylsulfoxide/water ratio. Impedance data were analyzed using an electrical equivalent circuit in order to evaluate its particular elements.
