Zusammenfassung:We report first to date ‘green’ metalorganic‐free synthesis of colloidal GaSe nanocrystals. Structure and optical properties of gallium selenide nanocrystals dispersed in oleylamine are discusses in respect to that conventionally prepared in alkylphosphonic solutions.
