Zusammenfassung: | A novel Off‐On type FRET‐based fluorescent nanoprobe, mainly consisting of the energy‐donating conjugated polymer poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorenyl‐2,7‐diyl and energy‐accepting 1O2 indicator 3‐diphenylisobenzofuran, was prepared for monitoring intracellular 1O2 during photodynamic therapy. Under visible excitation or even NIR two‐photon excitation, the initially non‐fluorescent nanoprobe lit up in the presence of 1O2. This FRET‐based strategy is very promising for construction of fluorescent nanoprobes for other reactive oxygen species (ROS).
