Zusammenfassung: | The Front Cover illustrates the superposition between the putative binding mode for BRA1, a synthetic bis‐ribosyl adenosine derivative, and two adenosine molecules within the A1 adenosine receptor orthosteric site. Through an integrated synthetic, pharmacological, and computational pipeline, the authors characterized the activity profile of BRA1, providing for the first time molecular insights about an alternative 2:1 binding stoichiometry for adenosine at the orthosteric binding site of adenosine receptors.
