ChemInform Abstract: Rh I ‐Catalyzed Site‐Selective Decarbonylative Alkenylation and Arylation of Quinolones under Chelation Assistance

An N‐pyrimidinyl substituent in the substrate is found to redirect the coordination between catalyst and the carbonyl group to cause a direct C—H functionalization at position 2 of the 4‐quinolinones.
