ChemInform Abstract: Syntheses of Cu 2 SnSe 3 and Their Transformation into Cu 2 ZnSnSe 4 Nanoparticles with Tunable Band Gap under Multibubble Sonoluminescence Conditions

Cu 2 SnSe 3 nanoparticles are sonochemically synthesized under multibubble sonoluminescence conditions from mixtures of CuCl, SnCl 2 , and Se dissolved in a mixture of ethanolamine and ethylene glycol (ultrasound, 25 °C, 20 min, 78% yield).
