ChemInform Abstract: An InBr 3 Catalyzed One‐Pot Three‐Component Synthesis of Functionalized Spirodihydrofuran Oxindoles via Intramolecular Alkyne Carbonyl Metathesis

Under optimized conditions the reaction of isatine (I), alkynes (II), and phenacyl bromides (III) affords the title compounds (IV) in high yields.
