ChemInform Abstract: Optical and Structural Investigations on Sb 2 S 2 O New Kermesite Alloy for Optoelectronic Applications
Sb 2 S 2 O thin films are prepared on glass substrates by heat treatment of vapor deposited Sb thin films (100 °C substrate temperature) both in sulfur atmosphere (300 °C, 6 h) and finally in air (350 °C, 6 h).
