ChemInform Abstract: SiO 2 ‐Supported RuCl 3 /3‐(Dichloroiodo)benzoic Acid: Green Catalytic System for the Oxidation of Alcohols and Sulfides in Water
A new green catalytic oxidative system based on SiO 2 ‐supported RuCl 3 and 3‐(dichloroiodo)benzoic acid as oxidant is used for the oxidation of alcohols and sulfides under mild conditions in water.
