ChemInform Abstract: New Quinolin-4-yl-1,2,3-triazoles Carrying Amides, Sulfonamides and Amidopiperazines as Potential Antitubercular Agents

Among the synthesized compounds, compounds (IXa), (IXc)—(IXe), (XIc), (XVa) and (XVd) show significant antitubercular activity when compared to isoniazid.
