ChemInform Abstract: Synthesis of a Multifunctional Oxazolo[5,4-e][1,4]diazepine Skeleton

A new multistep synthesis of the novel heterocyclodiazepine system (X) having potential for use in the construction of derivatives with diverse functional groups around the scaffold is developed.
