ChemInform Abstract: A Facile Direct anti-Selective Catalytic Asymmetric Mannich Reaction of Aldehydes with Preformed N-Boc and N-Cbz Imines

The application of the chiral pyrrolidine based thiourea organocatalyst (PTU) produces the anti‐Mannich products in excellent yields as well as diastereo‐ and enantioselectivities.
