ChemInform Abstract: Enhanced Red Emission in LiAl 5 O 8 :Fe 3+ Phosphor by B 3+ Doping

Fe 3+ ,B 3+ co‐doped LiAl 5 O 8 phosphors are prepared by evaporation of aqueous solutions of LiNO 3 , Al(NO 3 ) 3 , FeCl 3 , and H 3 BO 3 (400 °C, 2 h) followed by annealing of the obtained powders at 1200 °C (10 h).
