ChemInform Abstract: Synthesis and Study of Antiproliferative Activity of Novel Thienopyrimidines on Glioblastoma Cells

The thienopyrimidines synthesized, including five newly synthesized compounds, possess scaffolds which are very similar to those of known tyrosine kinase inhibitors approved for cancer treatment.
