Zusammenfassung:The Front Cover depicts liquid–liquid multiphase systems, holding significant promise in both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis. Recent studies highlight the benefits and challenges of such systems and their impact on sustainability and biomass valorization. In their Review, Daily Rodríguez‐Padrón, Maurizio Selva, and co‐workers provide a critical analysis of this subject, focusing on the design and implementation of bi‐ and tri‐phasic liquid arrangements. The discussion emphasizes how phase separation affects reaction kinetics, selectivity, and catalyst segregation from reactants and products. Catalyst confinement in multiphase systems enhances downstream efficiency, enabling catalyst reuse with minimal leaching and contamination, thereby improving the overall process sustainability. This article aims to underscore the transformative role of multiphase systems in advancing catalytic processes. More information can be found in the Review by D. Rodríguez‐Padrón, M. Selva, and co‐workers (DOI: 10.1002/cctc.202400060).
