Zusammenfassung: | To get one step closer to making fluorescence microscopy as easy as filling out shapes in a children's coloring book, we have developed a novel strategy for generating DNA‐ and PNA‐based protein–oligonucleotide conjugates. We use a chemo‐enzymatic, click chemistry–based approach via the TubTag to generate our conjugates as depicted in the magnifying glass. Those proteins can readily be used to “paint” our cell for fluorescence microscopy. More information can be found in the communication by J. Schwach, A. Stengl et al. Cover design: J. Schwach. |
