Zusammenfassung: | The cover feature picture shows how enantiomeric DNA biosensors can be used for high‐throughput measurement of small‐molecule enantiopurity. The d‐ and l‐DNA biosensors each bind selectively to one enantiomer of the target molecule and produce orthogonal fluorescence signals. These signals can be distinguished and quantified by flow cytometry to calculate the enantiopurity of the target small molecule. This method is expected to significantly accelerate the discovery of new asymmetric biocatalysts for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and other high‐value chemicals.
