Zusammenfassung:A series of ZnWO :Eu , Tb phosphors were prepared by co-precipitation method at room temperature. The structures and luminescent properties of the materials were characterized by XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis, DTA-TG, fluorescence spectra and the calculated CIE coordinates. The results show that the material is monoclinic structure and P2/c group determined by XRD. FTIR confirmed the existence of W-O, Zn-O bonds and Zn-O-W groups in WO and ZnO octahedron. In the excitation spectrum, there is an overlap of the broad band charge transfer bands belonging to O →W and O →Eu or O →Tb in the range of 200-325 nm, and the excitation bands between 350-500 nm belong to the characteristic absorption bands of Eu and Tb . Therefore, the phosphor can be used as a single component tunable phosphor in LED.
