Zusammenfassung: | Two structurally intricate heterometallic clusters with cores featuring multiple Platonic and Archimedean polyhedra were synthesized by ligand‐controlled co‐hydrolysis of Ni2+ and Dy3+ ions, as reported by Zhiping Zheng et al. in their Research Article (e202409109). Adjusting the amount of hydrolysis‐promoting base and the reaction temperature and duration afforded selectively the kinetic and thermodynamic species, respectively with a Dy112Ni76 and a Dy52Ni44 core. |
