Zusammenfassung: | Better synthetic efficiency is achieved in 1,4‐additions in NMP:THF mixtures and in enantioselective additions to aldehydes (see below) when the diorganozinc compounds R(TMSM)Zn are used instead of R2Zn (NMP = N‐methylpyrrolidone, TMSM = Me3SiCH2, R = alkyl, aryl). With these new reagents, which have been characterized by NMR spectroscopy, no group R is “wasted”. The TMSM group behaves as a nontransferable ligand. |
