Optically Active α-Chloro-(E)-crotylboronate Esters by Allyl Rearrangement
Good chirality transfer to anti‐homoallyl alcohol 3 is observed in the addition of the chiral α‐chlorocrotylboronate 2 to aldehydes. The title reaction 1 → 2 is effected by SOCl2.
