Zusammenfassung:In article number 1700449, Jan M. Van Ruitenbeek and co‐workers study the time evolution of the conduction of SrTiO3 near the glass‐transition temperature of an ionic liquid. The top surface of the crystalline SrTiO3 insulator can be converted into a good conductor by application of a gate potential, mediated by the ionic liquid. The process by which the conducting layer forms can be followed by cooling the ionic liquid to a temperature close to the glass transition, here about 185 K.
