The purpose of this study was to confirm the correlation between life satisfaction and depression and lifestyle (physical activity, eating habits, frequency of participation, participation diversity) for the super‐aged in South Korea, and to analyze and confirm lifestyle factors that affect life satisfaction and depression.
Method
The independent variables of this study were life satisfaction and depression, and the dependent variables were analyzed including physical activity, regular eating habits, frequency of participation, and diversity of participation as lifestyle factors. For analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed through SPSS ver 26.0.
Result
