Zusammenfassung: | In article number 2000363 Jiaxin Zheng, Feng Pan and co‐workers demonstrate that the capacity of lithium‐ion manganese spinel can be doubled by the suppression of the cooperative Jahn‐Teller effect. The basic suppression mechanism can be described by the image. When the dragon boat teammates work in a cooperative way just like the cooperative Jahn‐Teller effect, the phase transition can be severe and result in the deterioration of the electrochemical performance. However, once the cooperative work is disturbed, like the non‐coordination in the dragon boat, the phase transition can be suppressed, which makes it possible for the spinel to access double the capacity. |
