Zusammenfassung:In article number 2000247 by Filippo Pierini and co‐workers, an electrospun biomimetic nanoplatform for self‐regulated drug delivery is developed. Such smart drug delivery system relies on the confinement of a stimuli‐responsive hydrogel within the core of a hierarchical electrospun core‐shell fibrous structure. The delivery of loaded bioactive molecules is self‐modulated through structural changes triggered by a temperature‐regulated cascade.
