Zusammenfassung: | In article number 1701181, Rebecca Dylla‐Spears and co‐workers produce transparent glass by 3D printing, using a two‐step method that shows promise for the creation of both glass optics and intricate glass structures. Specially formulated pastes are deposited as filaments in a highlycontrolled manner using direct ink writing. The completed structures are then heated, causing the particles to merge and form transparent silica glass. |
