Zusammenfassung:It is shown that a simple lithographic method can result in single‐ or two‐ color “micropixelated” arrays of luminescent silicon nanoparticles. Other colors should be readily possible. This combined spatial and color control may be important with respect to future applications of these highly luminescent nanocrystalline materials. The Figure shows a fluorescence image of a patterned nanocrystal array.
