Zusammenfassung:Human mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow exhibit an anticlockwise chirality, but it is reversed to clockwise with adipogenic induction within only 3‐6 days. In article number 2000161, Ting‐Hsuan Chen and co‐workers use inhibitors to recapture such clockwise chirality, leading to an up‐regulation in adipogenic commitment. This suggests a new feedback mechanism where the early differentiated cell chirality works as a mechanical precursor to engage lineage commitment.
