The main characteristics and the results of long-term comparisons between primary cesium beam standards and ensemble of hydrogen clocks of the National Time Standard
The National Time and Frequency Standard of the USSR incorporates two primary cesium-beam standards MCsR 101 and MCsR 102 of quite different design [1], [2]. A new primary cesium standard has been designed recently. At present, this instrument is under experimental operation [3].
