Digital Leadership and Change Management in Cultural Heritage Organizations in Belgium

This paper examines how cultural heritage organizations in Belgium are tackling the issues of digital leadership, digital strategy and change management raised by digital transformation. This research is based on a systematic literature review and on a small survey conducted among digital professionals from these institutions. Based on our survey, we found that, although digital transformation is a priority for everyone, there is still progress to be made for full digital maturity to be achieved.
