| Zusammenfassung: | It is of great significance to the quality of casting products and casting operation stability that the temperature of steel in tundish is controlled reasonably.In order to achieve reasonable casting temperature,the molten steel in tundish should be reheated.In the paper,a 24t of T-type tundish was chosen as a prototype,and a induction outside-heating apparatus with single channel has been developed.Based on energy conservation and the basic principles of metallurgical transmission,the heat balance of the tundish and the induction heating channel were separately analyzed,then the heating need for the induction heating apparatus were calculated.Finally,the structure,and the electrical parameters of the induction heating apparatus were determined. |
