Zusammenfassung: | <正> An important aspect in studying the relationship between the structure and function of e-TPA is to explain its space structure. The e-TPA solutions in H2O and in 2H2O are investigated by laser Raman spectroscopy in this note and the fraction of residues in the α-helix, β-sheet and random coil conformations of the activation molecule are evaluated. The results provide necessary data for probing into the mechanism of its effect on the curing of blood vessel embolism diseases. |
